Here’s a cursed lede: if you have an extra $530, you can buy a Stella McCartney x Jonathan Safran Foer “We Are the Weather” tee shirt from Saks Fifth Avenue! It is 100% cotton, and, according to Saks’ website, dry clean only. The tee shirt is part of a collaboration between the designer and the author/Natalie Portman-admirer. The two created a “sustainable capsule” within McCartney’s Resort 2020 collection which Guest of a Guest describes as “designed specifically for a strong, independent woman passionate about the planet and shaping the future.”
Other pieces in the collection include a $1,595 jumpsuit with Jonathan Safran Foer’s handwriting on it and pair of $595 jeans with sun graphics on the knees.
