The 2022 International Booker Prize winner ceremony takes place on Thursday, May 26, at One Marylebone in London. Watch the livestream event below, starting at 9.45pm BST / 4:45pm EST.

The ceremony will be hosted by BBC presenter, Nikki Bedi, and will include a shortlist presentation featuring the 13 authors and translators, along with actors performing readings from the books.
The chair of judges, translator Frank Wynne, will present the awards live to the winning author and translator. This year’s judging panel includes Frank; author and academic Merve Emre; writer and lawyer Petina Gappah; writer, comedian and TV, radio and podcast presenter, Viv Groskop; and translator and author Jeremy Tiang.
