If you are currently living out your quarantine with an argumentative reader of fantasy and science fiction (possibly this person is your child, who knows), or if you aren’t but would like to be, you may get a kick out of this new video series from Penguin Random House, in which noted authors of fantasy and science fiction debate some of the most pressing topics of our day, like should you keep a dragon, and is a degree from Hogwarts worth it?

The first episode features Naomi Novik and Tochi Onyebuchi, who debate the pros and cons of dragon ownership with assists from comedians Sarah Smallwood Parsons and Jay Jurden. The Great Fantasy Debate airs Tuesday nights at 7:00 on the Penguin Random House Facebook page.
