Some fun news (thank goodness!): China’s first 3D-printed bookstore has just been built in Shanghai and is scheduled to open to the public at the end of January. With a floor area of thirty square meters, it can accommodate fifteen readers at a time.

The bookstore is in Wisdom Bay Innovation Park, Shanghai’s first popular science park. It will live alongside the world’s only 3D printing museum; artists’ workshops; a kindergarten; and 300 companies working on 3D printing, virtual reality, and AI.

To see how it all works, watch this 1-minute video put together by the Global Times here.
