Good news, Spice Girls fans: soon(?) you’ll be able to spice up your bookshelf with a novel by Geri Horner (née Halliwell), AKA Ginger Spice.

At “the 50th anniversary party of upmarket watch company TAG Heuer Monaco at Chucs Cafe Serpentine in Kensington” (WHAT?) Horner told The Daily Mail that she’s working on a novel for adults (she has already published a series of children’s books).

“It’s been like climbing Everest,” she said. “It’s taken me four years and I’m coming to the end of it now. I want to be remembered as a writer.”

You know what they say: make it last forever / writing never ends!
