Notably blacklisted NFL-quality quarterback Colin Kaepernick is starting his own publishing company. The New York Times is reporting that the 32-year-old NFL-quality quarterback is also writing his own memoir, which will be released by Kaepernick Publishing, and will, according to his statement, “tell the story of my evolution, and the events that led me to protest systemic oppression.”

It still sucks that his career was essentially ended because he had the courage to very publicly hold to his principles.
