She received her B.S. in Human Biology, Health, and Society from Cornell University, M.S. in Biology from New York University, Masters in Public Health (M.P.H.) from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University, and her D.O. from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York City.
