Sally Denton

Sally Denton is a 3rd generation Nevadan, born in “the republic of Elko” as the Sagebrush Rebels dubbed it. She is the author of eight books of narrative nonfiction, including: American Massacre: The Tragedy at Mountain Meadows, September 1857; The Money and the Power: The Making of Las Vegas and Its Hold on America (with Roger Morris); and, most recently, The Profiteers: Bechtel and the Men Who Built the World.
