Greenfeld's writing has appeared in Harper's, The Atlantic, The Paris Review, Ploughshares, Best American Short Stories and The PEN/O Henry Prize Stories among other publications. Born in Kobe, Japan, Karl has lived in Paris, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Tribeca.
