Jonathan Reiber

Jonathan Reiber is a writer and security strategist based in Oakland, California. A former Speechwriter and Chief Strategy Officer for Cyber Policy in the Office of the U.S. Secretary of Defense, his writing has appeared or been highlighted by Foreign Policy, The Atlantic Monthly, DefenseOne, The Christian Science Monitor, and The San Jose Mercury News, and this magazine, among others. The principal author of The Department of Defense Cyber Strategy (2015), he has held research and writing fellowships with U.C.
