Jenn Shapland

Jenn Shapland is a writer living in New Mexico. Her nonfiction won a 2017 Pushcart Prize and has been published in Tin House, The Lifted Brow, Electric Literature, and The Millions, and her literary criticism appears in Contemporary Women’s Writing. She has a PhD in English from the University of Texas at Austin and she teaches creative writing at the Institute of American Indian Arts. Her first book, The Autobiographies of Carson McCullers, is available via Tin House Books.
