Evan Lavender-Smith is the author of From Old Notebooks (Dzanc Books, 2013), which was a Small Press Distribution Bestseller, a finalist for the Fence Modern Poets Series, and named a best book of the year by Biblioklept, HTMLGiant, 32 Poems and others. His writing has been published by Arts & Letters, BOMB, Colorado Review, Denver Quarterly, Fence, Glimmer Train, Harvard Review, New England Review, The Southern Review, The White Review, and many other magazines.
