D.S. Waldman
D.S. Waldman is a 2022-2024 Wallace Stegner fellow at Stanford University. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in such publications as Kenyon Review, Narrative, Georgia Review, Gettysburg Review, Gulf Coast, Colorado Review, Missouri Review, Poetry Northwest, Conjunctions, Copper Nickel, Poetry Ireland, and New American Writing. Waldman has received fellowships, support and awards from Stanford University, Middlebury College, San Diego State University, and Claremont Graduate University. He directs the San Diego-based organization Poetic Youth, which brings MFA creative writing students into under-resourced high school classrooms to facilitate creative writing workshops.
