If you love absolutely everything about books except reading them, this app is for you.
This website’s position on books is that they’re best when you read them, but in the interest of journalistic(?) balance, here’s an app for people who love books, but don’t like reading. The 12min app, helpfully spotlighted by the New York Post (which earns a commission if you purchase a $39 subscription app through its link), will “condense the most important ideas from top nonfiction books into comprehensive, twelve-minute ‘micro books.'”
If your main social issue is that you don’t have enough facts to spew at people in conversations—and you’ve never heard of podcasts—this seems like the right app for you. Otherwise, and at the risk of repeating ourselves, have you considered books?
