New York Magazine reports that Billy McFarland, Fyre Festival scammer and former friend of Ja Rule, has written a memoir. McFarland is currently in prison (because of the scams), and sent the handwritten pages of the memoir (Promythus: The God of Fyre—no, really) to his girlfriend, who then typed them up and sent them to his editor (Josh Raab, “a freelance editor who has worked with Al Gore and Garth Brooks, among other celebrities”). McFarland is self-publishing the memoir, and Raab said it would be available on Amazon in April, but no sign of it so far.

If you want more McFarland content while you wait (and you’ve already watched the two Fyre Festival documentaries), please enjoy this glowing write-up of Magnises, his credit card “company,” by the editorial director of Gawker 2.0.
