Katherine Churchill is a Ph.D. candidate in the English department at the University of Virginia, where she studies and teaches late medieval literature. Her dissertation considers how the development of archives shaped English and French poetry during the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries. Her writing has appeared in Public Books, Oxford American, Electric Literature, Avidly, and elsewhere.
