£6 million will get you the Bennet estate from Pride and Prejudice.

This is not a drill! The glorious manor from BBC’s 1995 adaptation of Pride and Prejudice is on the market! For the low, low price of £6 million, you can live in a place where Colin Firth and Jennifer Ehle once stood. Their hands (or at the very least, their white gloves) touched those walls, probably!

Sitting on 19 acres of grassland, Luckington Court has eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and “five further dwellings.” I don’t know what that means, but I want it! No, it’s no Pemberly, but it’s nothing to sneeze either.

Might some mysterious benefactor bestow this upon us?
